My Story:

Alex Mishchuk started his insurance career in February 2020 as a Commercial Account Manager and received his Property and Casualty Insurance License within three months. He also earned two professional designations shortly thereafter, Total Customer Service Representative (TCSR) and Professional Commercial Insurance Advisor (PCIA).As an Account Manager, he was very effective at handling all aspects of new business, renewal marketing, policy servicing and resolving problems and issues. He learned the value of providing exceptional customer service and developed a passion for helping his clients. The skills and knowledge he obtained as an Account Manager have built a strong foundation to be a successful broker.Prior to doing insurance, Alex worked at a trucking company based out of West Sacramento, CA. He brings ten years of transportation expertise and extensive knowledge of logistics to the Commercial Insurance Industry. His experience with the trucking industry gives him a unique perspective on the needs of those business owners. His focus is to bring comprehensive risk management solutions to his clients by helping them understand the value-added services that he can provide.Alex is a native of Sacramento. His parents immigrated to the U.S. from Ukraine in 1989. From an early age, he was aware of his parent’s diligent efforts to have a better life. Their dedication was deeply ingrained in Alex, which speaks to his strong work ethic and grit. In his spare time, he is an avid fisherman and enjoys snowboarding.
